Fix 1: Give Teams Access to the Camera

Open Settings.
Then select Privacy & Security > Camera from the menu.
Click the toggle next to the Camera if it is off.
There should be no problem using the camera now on every app on your computer. To test it, start a video conference call in Teams.

Fix 2: Give Browser Access to the Camera

In many cases, I’ve seen that when users try to access Teams, they face permission issues with the camera and end up getting Teams camera not working or stopped working problem. To fix this, you have to give the required permission to the browser using the steps mentioned below:

Select Chrome’s three-dot icon and then click on Settings.
Click on Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
Afterward, expand teams.live.com, select the Camera dropdown, and choose either Ask or Allow.
To manage cookies and site permissions for all sites in Edge, click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
On the right side of live.com, click the caret icon.
Choose Ask or Allow under Camera.
You will always be asked for permission to use the camera if you set it to Ask before starting the video call. When you select Allow, the browser will always have access without asking.

Fix 3: Disable Additional Devices
